A few details to help you choose the right configuration.
Is this a spotlight or a camera?
The core product is a motorised pan-and-tilt mounting platform. A spotlight, camera or thermal imager is a separate attached device unless explicitly included in the selected bundle.
Which devices can I mount?
The page specifies an M8 threaded interface and a maximum 1 kg payload. Confirm thread fit, bracket clearance, centre of gravity and the attached device’s power requirements before installation.
Does it rotate through a full 360°?
No. The listed movement is 270° horizontal pan and 180° vertical tilt. Up to three patrol waypoints can be programmed.
How far away can I use the remote?
The stated maximum is 50 m in open terrain. Obstacles, installation position and interference can affect the usable range.
Will the magnetic version attach to any roof?
Magnetic mounting requires a suitable clean, flat ferromagnetic steel surface. It will not attach magnetically to aluminium, glass or plastic. Choose appropriate mounting hardware for other surfaces.
Can I leave it mounted while travelling?
Follow the instructions for your exact installation. Remove the magnetic unit before highway-speed travel, severe weather or hard off-road impacts unless that exact installation has been tested for those conditions.
Is it fully waterproof?
Designed to resist rain, sand and dust during normal outdoor use. Avoid submersion, prolonged heavy rain and extreme weather.
What do I need to check about power?
Use a compatible 12V / 24V vehicle supply and observe the 120W vehicle-power limit. The separately specified mains-powered configuration supports up to 200W. Confirm the supplied power components and actual connected load in the manual; a spotlight’s model name is not confirmation of its electrical draw.
What is included with my order?
Contents depend on the selected mounting and system option. Check the selected variant’s item list, especially the number of platforms, remotes and any included spotlight. Devices shown in demonstrations are not automatically included.
